Senior Account Manager (Homeplus Group: HP on/off + HP Super)
This position reports into Group Account Manager, Hyper Group & Chain Super and is based at Seoul.

Role reports to: Group Account Manager, Hyper Group & Chain Super (Everyday, GS super)
Location: Seoul

What you will do
The Homeplus Group: HP on/off + HP Super is responsible for scheduling appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, expanding the business' market share, developing sales of new products, preparing reports, and reviewing sales performance to achieve sales goals. As a Representative, you will negotiate, close orders, and prepare quotes while being eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions:
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for Homeplus Group's HP on/off and HP Super products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Report issue generated in Homeplus to Group Account Manager and Forecast future sales of the channel in charge of.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Drive Sales in Homeplus channel and suggest NPD for boost sales in Homeplus.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Homeplus Group remains competitive in the market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to expand the business' market share
  • Identify gaps in support and notify management
  • Develop sales strategies for new products and search for new areas in which to sell existing products
  • Review past trends and sales to customers in order to gain future sales
  • Prepare reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed
  • Provide recommendations for addressing issues where possible
  • Inform company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning
  • Review own sales performance against objectives and adjust focus as indicated to achieve sales goals
  • Study and fulfill territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals
  • Negotiate, close orders and prepare quotes


What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing or Sales, preferably in the retail industry.
  • 4-6 years of related sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful work history in Sales.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
