What You’ll Be Doing:
Crafting unique and exciting itineraries for leisure groups and incentives
Managing bookings from start to finish – quoting, invoicing, and travel documents ️
Working closely with agents, guests, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution
Proactively selling amazing products and services – turning dreams into reality ✨
Occasionally traveling with groups or doing site inspections (yes, travel perks included!) ✈️

What You Need:
3+ years’ experience in touring groups (incentives experience is a bonus!)
Knowledge of booking systems like Tourplan (or similar)
In-depth knowledge of Southern & East African destinations
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and top-notch customer focus
You thrive under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks while staying calm ‍ ️

Skills Required:
Creative thinker with a "can-do" attitude
Exceptional written and verbal English skills
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
Must be organised, deadline-driven, and independent
