Provide amazing customer service and travel, you’ll create unforgettable moments that our travellers will never forget.
Ensure the safety and well-being of your travellers
Host, lead and execute tours to budget, following the itinerary and fulfilling your administrative duties
Be passionate about nature and share your love of it with our customers.
To be considered you must have:
Valid Field Guide qualification (FGASA Level 2 or equivalent)
Valid PDP & First Aid
Previous guiding experience in a big 5 reserve preferred
Strong customer service experience and experience in developing a rapport with a broad range of travellers
Have basic computer skills – including email, work, and Excel experience
In-depth knowledge of flora and fauna
Strong communication skills to engage and inspire guests
A genuine passion for conservation and nature
Well-presented and physically fit
Start Date: ASAP
What you need to know:
We are recruiting this now, and the position commences January 2025
This is a permanent contract position, with a 3 week on 1 week off cycle based in Hoedspruit.
