Job Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Provide full support to all Sales team members ensuring world-class service and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the account opening process by conducting proper documentation review and preparing KYC pack for Compliance.
  • Coordinate cross functionally (Legal and Compliance, Operations, Trading, Risk) to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage sales tracker and ensure timely reporting of important information and sales trends/insights.
  • Drive business improvements by proactively proposing enhancements to boost business objectives, streamline processes as well as internal systems and tools.

Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Knowledge of Web3/Crypto is a plus.
