We combine Oriental woodworking techniques with contemporary aesthetics to offer customers high-quality, bespoke pieces that elevate their living spaces. We are expanding our team and are seeking a Sales with experience in sales and a passion for handcrafted furniture.
Job Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Achieve individual sales targets by engaging with customers and providing personalized recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including the materials, craftsmanship, and heritage of our furniture pieces.
- Handle inquiries and guide customers through the buying process, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.
Marketing and Promotional Support
- Assist in implementing in-store promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight key products and promotions through social media and store displays.
- Collect customer feedback and report on market trends to improve sales strategies.
Store Operations
- Maintain the store's visual presentation to ensure a welcoming and premium shopping experience.
- Manage inventory and ensure product displays are well-organized and appealing.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales transactions and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales roles (preferably in furniture or lifestyle retail).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with a diverse customer base).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while achieving individual sales goals.
- Passion for design, furniture, or craftsmanship is highly desirable.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
Working Hours
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Weekends: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
