- Assist in the operation of outpatient clinic
- Administrative duties in the clinic
- Appointment scheduling
- Attend to walk-in and call-in enquiries
- Booking of facilities (e.g. hospital accommodation) for surgery procedure or inpatient
- Registration and collection of payment
- Inventory duties (e.g. stock replenishment)
- Perform injections and draw blood
- Communicate with doctors and supervising clinic assistants
- Follow up with patients and external stakeholder on outstanding bills
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (additional BCLS/AED Certified as advantage)
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Adaptable and keen in learning
- Computer literacy
- Critical thinking and a problem solver
- Fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented mindset
- Take initiative and works well as a team
5.5 days work week
