Assistant Nurse Clinician (Inpatient ward) - East

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Lead quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care; plan and conduct periodic quality audits and follow up on corrective improvements.
- Promote evidence-based practices in nursing care delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date written policies, procedures, and work processes to guide nursing care.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community when possible.
- Oversee direct care of residents to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure appropriate skill mix and adequate staffing for all shifts and services.
- Direct and facilitate staff development, skills enhancement, and competency upgrading through various educational opportunities.
- Guide orientation and preceptorship programs for new staff.
- Support the Nursing Director in managing the nursing home and act in her absence.
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Nursing from SNB-approved training institutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical and/or management experience as Assistant Nurse Clinician.
