Job Description
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, from receiving and storing goods to preparing items for shipment.Responsibilities :
- Receive, check, and store product items in designated warehouse locations (Inbound).
- Pick, check, and pack product items for outbound shipments.
- Repack packages and perform minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning and oiling spare parts.
- Prepare cargo for shipment.
- Conduct inventory housekeeping and cycle counting.
- Assess stock conditions and carry out minor rework on pallets or stocks.
- Ensure all processes adhere to company standards and internal controls.
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
Requirements
- Essential Skills : Forklift license is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer usage.
- Experience :Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.

Physical Capability :Able to move items weighing up to 20kg.
Comfortable walking extensively and working in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Soft Skills :Proactive and positive work attitude.
Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information
- Workplace : Pioneer (West).
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- Employment Type : 1-year renewable contract (under client payroll).

Incentives :AWS (13th month bonus).
Variable performance bonus.
Overtime pay available.
- Transportation : Shuttle bus provided from several MRT stations, including Tiong Bahru, Buona Vista, Jurong East, and more.
