Procurement Analyst

Overview:

Element has an opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Procurement career within a Global TIC business.

This role is based in Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Work with local Operations to prepare timely and accurate POs and raise GRNIs timely
Follow up with the vendor for timely delivery and documentation
Vendor development and negotiatie prices and terms with suppliers and manufacturers
Co-ordinate with SSC and provide invoices, statements timely
Review open Pos and take appropriate action
Complying Group policies and DOA
Handle vendor's communications on payment
Process documentation for P2P

Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
The ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and clients is essential, as you will be working actively in a team
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and effective management of time
Good numeracy and analytical skills
