Responsibilities (Marketing - 70%)

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Manage social media channels including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages
• Design and execute marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels
• Manage website content and ensure it is up-to-date

Responsibilities (Training - 30%)

• Deliver training programs based on specific client needs
• Facilitate training sessions in a dynamic and engaging manner

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimally a Diploma in Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in managing social media channels and creating engaging content
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for training and development (a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
