Job Description

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions to generate leads and increase sales.
Accurately document updates on leads and follow the sales procedures throughout the client acquisition process, from onboarding new SME borrowers to initial loan disbursement. Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team as needed.
Adhere to all relevant AML and KYC regulations.
Competitive base salary with attractive incentives.

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a call centre, particularly in managing inbound and outbound calls, is preferred.
Understanding of invoice financing product is preferred.
