Finance Executive Officer

We are looking for meticulous and committed individual to join the Finance department as an Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for both general accounting and administrative work.


Responsibilities
  • Support Finance manager on accounting, finance, tax and audit matters
  • Responsible for AP functions; bank reconciliations
  • Support and facilitate other departments on queries and clarifications in payment and collection matters
  • Prepare audit schedules and reconciliation reports
  • Prepare banking transactions via internet banking, Pay Now set procedures
  • Provide administrative support for Finance
Requirements
  • LCCI Higher, Diploma in Accounting/Business or higher qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office and experience in SAGE or similar accounting software are advantageous
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Multi-task and work independently following tight deadlines
    • Able to start work at short notice, or immediately
