Main Responsibilities:

Manage day to day Accounts Payable function.
Verify all charges which received from billing are accurate and complete.
Ensure accuracy of all incoming payments, correspond to the bank statement.
Prepare Invoices. Timely sending of invoices and statement of accounts.
Prepare weekly and monthly ageing of AR.
Maintain accuracy of the accounting records and all necessary paper works associated with this position.
Responsible for disbursement of petty cash claims.
Maintain and monitor the inventory of stationeries and purchase ordering.
Ensure polices and procedures are adhere to.
Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager and Lead.

Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma certification and proficiency in English (written & spoken)
– Excellent attention to details
– Highly organised and responsible team player.
