We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Director to join our wealth management team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of wealth managers, which includes managing documents, scheduling calendars, data entry, and general administration. How you can add value:

• Assist wealth managers in managing documents for account opening, onboarding, KYC, and other regulatory tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Review quarterly revenue reports and identify discrepancies
• Review and reconcile quarterly revenue reports meticulously to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Conduct data entry tasks efficiently to record trades and other relevant activities, maintaining precise and up-to-date records.
• Collect, organize, and prepare expense claims
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
• Provide support in client marketing initiatives, including the preparation of presentation decks.
Carry out other administrative support duties such as record keeping, arranging couriers, and other tasks as assigned

What you bring:

• A Degree in Banking and Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry or a MAS-regulated company is preferred
• Familiarity with financial concepts such as asset allocation, foreign exchange (FX), bonds, equities, and options
• A strong desire to learn, exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative support skills
• Proficiency in office application software, particularly Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, including advanced tabulation, calculation capabilities, and familiarity with private banks’ e-Banking platforms and reports
Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous for effectively communicating with clients and wealth managers
