Civil Site Engineer / Project Engineer (Neom Approved)

Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision and Management:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to NEOM’s high-quality standards and sustainability goals.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Assist in project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Review construction plans, designs, and specifications, ensuring compliance with NEOM requirements.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and propose solutions for potential delays.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all activities adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and NEOM guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety logs.
- Conduct inspections and audits for quality assurance.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design or construction issues.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and NEOM authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Report on project status, challenges, and resolutions to management.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance:
- Implement and monitor HSE protocols specific to NEOM’s standards.
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for on-site personnel.
- Address and rectify any HSE non-compliance issues.
- Technical Expertise:
- Perform technical calculations and analyses to support construction activities.
- Troubleshoot site-related engineering issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or site management.
- Proven experience on large-scale or high-profile projects, preferably in the Middle East.
- Certifications:
- NEOM Approval or familiarity with NEOM’s standards and requirements.
- Professional certifications (PMP, LEED AP, OSHA) are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Key Competencies:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
- Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Willingness to relocate to NEOM and work in a challenging environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to various project sites.
- Location: NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
- Working Hours: Typically follows NEOM’s project schedule, which may include extended hours or shifts depending on project needs.
- Environment: Outdoor site conditions and exposure to construction activities.
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
