Your Daily Impact as a Solutions Engineer


As a Solutions Engineer you will implement technical solutions for Defence Services projects across several European countries.

In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to:

• Interface directly with customers to build strong, productive relationships;
• Install and configure Systematic products in the customer environment, and conduct troubleshooting, fault-finding and technical assurance of solutions;
• Support the delivery of technical training for customers/users;
• Work closely with customers during critical periods (e.g. military exercises) to ensure our software products are working as expected and customers are able to maximise the value they get from our software.

What should you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject;
• 3+ years relevant experience in relevant roles in the IT industry;
• Desirable but not essential: experience/knowledge of the military C2 domain – e.g. relevant military systems, networks, radios/comms bearers, etc.
• Experience/knowledge of software development e.g. Java, C#, Java Script;
• Experience/knowledge of installing and managing Windows Server / Linux environments;
• Experience of cloud environments (e.g. Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, RKE);
• Willingness to travel;
• Ability to work well in teams or independently;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong problem-solver.

Practical information:

• Hybrid setup: office and remote work.
• Our team is based in Romania and Denmark, with collaboration and occasional travel between the two locations, so you should expect 2-4 weeks of travel per year.
