Patients, clinicians, and caregivers around the world use this platform daily to report outcomes in clinical trials by using mobile devices and personal computers. We are strengthening our development capabilities and looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing R&D team in Romania. Our technology stack includes Flutter, Go, AWS, and Terraform, among others. While mobile development with Flutter is a key focus in the foreseeable future, you will have the opportunity to work across many products and technologies as a full-stack developer. We are looking for someone who is ready to take on diverse technical challenges and grow a wide expertise.

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:

• Designing and implementing features across our mobile and web applications
• Contributing to system design
• Performing code reviews and maintaining high quality standards
• Supporting deployment and production operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions

Experience

• Minimum three years of software development experience, with significant exposure to mobile development (Flutter preferred, native i OS/Android or Cordova experience is a plus)
• Good experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Proficiency in Go is recommended
• Proficiency in Java is a plus
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD practices and version control systems
