RESPONSIBILITIES?

Transform a group of individuals into a cohesive and high-performing team where each member feels valued and supported
Lead and support team members’ professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth
Lead cross-functional projects using advanced analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
Proactivity and increased business awareness and cross functionality at Sales Analytics Team level, in ensuring faster data processing and analysis and delivering smarter and faster analysis to support decisions
Governance of sales monitoring processes through continuous improvement and process optimization
Analysis for decision making - Monthly/weekly scorecards, dashboards and presentations to support Commercial routines; Ad-hoc analysis and presentations to address on the spot requests
Efficient reporting - Daily, weekly, monthly reports with full country coverage, high granularity, on time and accurate together with the Sales Analytics Team
Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders
Perform in-depth analysis on sales performance structures, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimization initiatives
Collaborate with other teams to improve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes
Develop together with Sales Analytics Team reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
3-5 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously
Critical Thinking, essential for creating new solutions to issues and making sure data conclusions are correct
Experience with Excel, Power BI, etc.
