Job Overview:

As a Live Studio Content Production Manager within our marketing team, you will oversee the end-to-end video production process for live casino studio shoots. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating compelling video content that showcases our live studios and games (e.g., Baccarat, Blackjack) to a global audience. From special product promotions to high-impact brand films, you’ll be the creative and operational anchor, ensuring every shoot runs smoothly and delivers top-tier content that meets our brand objectives.

How You Will Make an Impact:

End-to-End Shoot Ownership: Take full responsibility for delivering polished video content on time and within budget, managing the process from concept and pre-production planning to filming, editing, and final delivery.
Creative Script and Format Design: Develop compelling scripts and storyboards that include hooks or intriguing elements to engage viewers. Establish and maintain a recognisable style and format across all productions to build brand consistency and audience familiarity.
Engaging Content Creation: Ensure each production strikes the perfect balance between being informative, entertaining, and trust-inspiring, aligned with the brand’s values and objectives.
Project and Resource Management: Effectively plan, schedule, and allocate resources, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Handle tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism and precision.
Collaborative Execution: Work seamlessly with internal teams (e.g., videographers, creative leads, product managers) and external production partners to achieve creative excellence and smooth execution on every shoot.
Continuous Refinement: Manage feedback and performance metrics to refine content format and improve engagement with each video, creating content that is both popular and brand-recognisable.

What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate

Expertise in Video Production: Proven experience in managing and executing video shoots, with strong knowledge of production principles and workflows.
Creative Vision: Ability to develop storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
Project Management: Strong organisational skills and deadline-driven approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the i Gaming industry, particularly Live Casino and its unique creative requirements is a strong advantage.
Collaborative Mindset: Experience in working with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Adaptability & Proactivity: A self-starter attitude with the ability to hit the ground running, adapt to dynamic priorities, and lead shoots across different locations.
