HR Operations and Delivery Associate III

HR Operations and Delivery Associate is responsible for :
- Provide support to clients (Global Talent Acquisition team, Candidates, Hiring Managers to resolve the issues.
- Work with the Vendors, Global HRIS and Conduent support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Answer general client queries.
- Following up with customers as needed to ensure any problems are resolved.
- Maintaining database with records of interactions with customers (Ticketing System).
- Participate is application testing when required.
- Other related tasks as required.
The ideal candidate:
- Good knowledge of English (B2 upwards)
- Bachelor's degree diploma
- Attention to details
- Experience in a customer support environment
- Experience in handling senior management-level emails
- Availability to work in a hybrid model ( 2 days/week from the office)
- Availability to attend the professional trainings in the first 6-8 weeks ( 1pm – 10pm Romania time)
- Team Player
- Must be able to communicate effectively via email and verbally.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality with items being processed.
- Positive work attitude
- Detail oriented.
