Communication and Operations Associate SAP Labs SEE Romania (fixed-term contract)

What you'll do
- Develop and execute communication strategies to engage internal and external audiences.
- Develop written communication materials including blog posts, social media posts, presentations, etc.
- Assist with maintaining the corporate internal communications channels.
- Coordinate social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Liaise with teams across the organization to streamline project deliverables.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for communication initiatives.
- Lead the organization for the annual internal development conference.
- Monitor and research industry trends, competitors, etc., as needed.
- Assist with the organization, coordination and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal and external company events.
- Support day-to-day operations across the Administration & Operations team.
What you bring
- Education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- Experience in communications, project management, operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player attitude, good communication and networking skills. Strong time management and organization skills.
- Proactivity, flexibility and self-organization are highly valued.
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Power Point, Excel, Share Point), social media platforms, content management tools.
- Fluency in oral and written English and Romanian, German is a plus but not mandatory.
