Your responsibilities:
- Administering Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL, and Postgre SQL databases, TOS/CMMS/other systems, and operating systems across Unix/Linux/Windows platforms to monitor and improve performance.
- Developing and implementing complete software program specifications, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Automating workflows and processes using technologies like Terraform, Ansible, and Swarm to enhance efficiency.
- Improving service monitoring through Prometheus and Grafana setups for optimized service performance.
- Documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures to support new application implementations.
- Providing user support for application and IT system issues, ensuring system functionality.
- Creating and managing test environments to validate IT systems before deployment.
- Installing and configuring applications, servers, computers, and network equipment, optimizing configurations with minimal impact on production and testing.
- Ensuring compliance with company security, safety, and professional policies, reporting any security incidents as required.
- Completing timely backup processes and conducting periodic data restorations to verify backup integrity and resilience.
Your Profile:
Compensation
- Higher education studies in Informatics, Automatics and Robotics, or a similar field would be an advantage.
- Between one and three years of previous experience on a similar position.
- Specialized technical knowledge, including expertise in operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases, virtualization, SQL/Pg SQL programming, automation, cloud computing platforms (Azure/365 Suite/Oracle Cloud), version control systems (Git), scripting/programming languages of your choice (Bash, Python), and applications (Docker).
- Full professional working proficiency in the English and Romanian languages.
- B category driver’s license.
- Proactive mindset, oriented towards continuous performance improvement.
- Ability to accurately assess own performance and results.
- Customer-centered approach, addressing issues promptly and proficiently.
- A great team player, who recognizes and values the perspectives and insights of colleagues.
