In the People & Culture department, you will be part of an inspiring and committed team supporting the business on all people matters across Vestas. You will partner with our business leaders to carry out Vestas’ strategy and promote the people and culture agenda.

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will align our global and regional HR processes and initiatives with the business goals and needs across our organization in MED East where we have activities, in Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine.

This is a hybrid position based in Bucharest, Romania.
