Our most successful Event Management Secretary is someone who has:
- Fluent English
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
- Excellent communication (verbal, written) and meeting skills
- Open to learning and developing;
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Great problem solving skills;
- Hospitable, team player, capable to deal with competing demands, or multiple tasks, and to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Acts as professional administrative support for the entire Events department;
- Manages the office supplies, using appropriate offer requirements, following standard procedures;
- Attends regular operational meetings taking minutes and preparing all materials in due time;
- Acts as a link between operational departments, being responsible for proper and timely communication;
- Coordinates with Event Managers for assigned projects; plans and details the internal events.
