Job Description

Work together with project team to understand and analyze customer requirements, and pre-evaluate project deliverables and benefits - Define data needs, evaluate data quality,
- Collaborate with IT/machine/product technical experts to define data collection, storage and process concept
- Support on core data aggregation, modeling and algorithms implementation
- Visualization of data analyzing results, work together with team and process/ product experts to validate results and transfer to process/ product knowledge
- Based on validated results, optimize current data process flow, create reusable data process module for frequent usage and process, and improve data process efficiency and stability
Qualifications
-
Masters or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Physics - Practical experience on working with analytical/data mining methods and software (e.g. R, Rapid miner, KNIME or similar tools)
- Practical experience in data manipulation, applying algorithms for prediction and relation
- Good sense in data quality, comfortable in dealing with unstructured data, providing advices on how to develop or improve data structure
- Familiarity with Big Data and related IT architecture (e.g. Hadoop, SQL, Oracle, etc)
- Experience with automotive industry or Io T as a plus
