We are looking for a skilled Solar Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems, ensuring their efficient operation. This role includes diagnosing system issues, performing routine inspections, and providing technical support to clients. The candidate will contribute to the growth of renewable energy solutions by optimizing system performance and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostics of solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients on system performance and issues.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct system testing and evaluate the effectiveness of solar systems after installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and effective project completion.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate best practices into operations.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• A certificate or degree in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solar Technician or in a similar role, with proven experience in the installation and maintenance of solar systems.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting solar systems and components.
• Knowledge of solar panel systems, inverters, and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must hold a valid QID and NOC for employment in Qatar.
