Senior Specialist Business Performance

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Adminitration
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Health Sector
- Strong understanding of performance management & measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management reports.
- Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and visualization tools (Excel, MS Power Point, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong command of verbal and written English (command of Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Advanced ability to communicate on highly complex matters and difficult situations.
- A good understanding of the regulatory framework for quality standards applied to health and social care organizations.
- A demonstrable ability to apply regulatory and quality standards to primary health care.
- The ability to provide sound advice and guidance and produce detailed reports when requested.
- Proactive, self-motivated, Organized and able to set priorities, Advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Personal and professional integrity and confidence
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work among teams.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in the absence of clear guidelines or precedent, seeking advice as necessary
- Design and implement the corporate business performance process of PHCC.
- Research and keep abreast of trends in the external and internal environment that present risks and opportunities for PHCC’s business performance.
- Provide expertise and support to the corporate performance process, both at a strategic and operational level, including performance measure selection and reporting.
- Develop business analysis capacity and capability within PHCC.
- Develop, in consultation with Departments, performance measures that enable senior management to monitor the achievement of PHCC’s objectives and strategies and support decision-making.
- Plan, co-ordinate, communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department.
- Conduct reviews of specific process and practices where problems and/or inefficiencies are identified and recommend alternatives to achieve PHCC’s outcomes and targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
