Senior Arabic Chef

- Managing the whole team in the main Kitchen.
- Coaching all the cooking staff to enhance and develop their skills
- Preparing the menus and the recipes
- Make sure that all the staff are using the proper and the best cooking methodologies
- Controlling the cost and ensuring that all the staff following the standards.
- To organize all the resources within the Kitchen and other areas.
- To ensure timely preparation of food as per set menu and within the set cost.
- To ensure quality, quantity and hygienic food is served with particular emphasis on presentation. To try and ensure minimum / no wastage (excess food balance).
- To plan and cost menus in coordination with the deputy project manager keeping in mind the basic principle of FIFO. To plan for variety of preparations in the menu ensuring the satisfaction of the client and within the set cost norms.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef from a reputed company, preferably from a Healthcare setting/Facility.
- Must be a native Arabic national.
- Having knowledge and skills in the preparation of Arabic food, sweets and butchery.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.
