Well established Joinery factory, fully equiped with machineries and manpower is looking for a senior Joinery/Fit-out experienced sales partner for expansion purpose. This role is only for native Arabic speakers. Should have good command over english as well. The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in Joinery, fit-out, interior design, FFE in Qatar. Must have capability to close projects and win negotiations. He/she should have prior history of achieving sales target and securing debt collection. Sales target shall e non-negotiable and KPI's shall be monitored strictly on monthly basis. We are looking for a senior partner level personality who can be part of company growth and profit sharing apart from commission and salaries.
