We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Operations Supervisor with a valid driving license to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
• Manage and motivate team members, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and cleaners.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring optimal coverage.
• Conduct on-the-job training to enhance team performance and maintain service quality.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
• Suggest operational improvements and strategies to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant operations or a supervisory role.
• License: Valid driving license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
