JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering personalized service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your attention to detail, extensive menu knowledge, and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to the overall success of our fine dining establishment.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing assistance as needed.
• Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and recommendations, showcasing a deep understanding of the cuisine and ingredients.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special dietary requirements and preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, using proper serving techniques and ensuring the correct presentation of dishes.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, making appropriate recommendations and assisting guests with their selections.
• Ensure all tables are properly set with clean linens, polished silverware, and pristine glassware, adhering to the restaurant's standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from the restaurant management team when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service, coordinating the delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including cleaning and resetting tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager-on-Duty

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Good English communication skills
• Can work on weekends, holidays, special events
• Below 28 years old
