Recruiter (Temporary)

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent. This role requires building strong partnerships with hiring managers, implementing effective sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruiter is also empowered to modify recruitment strategies or processes only when necessary to enhance efficiency and meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies to fulfill specific hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool to address current and future workforce requirements.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Candidate Selection and Coordination
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Provide interview guidance to hiring managers to ensure effective candidate assessments.
  • Gather and consolidate interview feedback to facilitate timely hiring decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and insights from the talent market.
  • Advise on salary benchmarks, candidate availability, and hiring timelines.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding
  • Maintain a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate the company’s values, culture, and mission to attract and engage top talent.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen the employer brand.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate details and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing efficiency.
  • Use data insights to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Onboarding Support
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide follow-ups with new employees to collect feedback on their hiring and onboarding experience.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment strategies when required to meet organizational objectives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or B2B environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight timelines.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
