We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer (Electrical Engineering Background) to join our Qatar office.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to assess and interpret technical specifications for electrical products required across various projects.
• Ensure procured products comply with client requirements and adhere to quality, functionality, and technical standards.
• Analyze technical specifications and provide recommendations to meet project needs.
• Offer technical expertise to ensure products align with established standards and specifications.
• Support the tender process by delivering technical insights and evaluations.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in procurement, including a mandatory 3-4 years of GCC experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical specifications for electrical products.
• Familiarity with tender processes and technical evaluations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
