Job Summary
The Real Estate Lawyer will play a critical role in overseeing all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and compliance. This position requires a professional with extensive knowledge and proven experience in real estate law to protect the company’s interests and ensure adherence to legal standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Contracts and Agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate property-related contracts, including lease agreements, sales contracts, and management contracts.
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
• Transaction Management
• Oversee legal aspects of property acquisitions, sales, and investments.
• Conduct due diligence, including title searches and ownership verification.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with local and international real estate laws, zoning regulations, and property tax requirements.
• Monitor updates in real estate regulations and provide recommendations to management.
• Dispute Resolution
• Handle property-related disputes, tenant issues, and litigation when required.
• Represent the company in mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings.
• Legal Advisory
• Provide expert legal advice on real estate deals, contracts, and company policies.
• Assist management in structuring and closing real estate transactions.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, external legal counsel, and other stakeholders as necessary.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law
