Job Purpose :
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment by building strong, collaborative relationships between employees and the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide effective and efficient HR operations support that aligns with the company’s goals, ensuring a seamless experience for employees throughout their lifecycle. You will act as a key strategic partner to both employees and management, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and promote a healthy and productive workplace culture.
Duties and Responsibilities :

- Policy Development and Implementation

- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Strategic HR Support
- HR Data and Analytics
- Talent Management and Development
- Organisational Development
- Performance management (support role, if required)
- Training and Development
- Workplace Culture and Communication
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations, payroll management, and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
- A minimum of [6] Six years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations within education industry preferably in higher education.
