HR Admin Assistant-Female only
Location : West Bay
Duration: 45 Days
We are seeking a competent HR female administrative assistant for a temporary role for 45 days.
Requirements:
- Proven 3-5 years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
- Candidates with previous experience in an engineering consultancy will be given priority.
-Must have knowledge of Qatar Labour Laws.
-Must have experience in handling contract related works.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Qatar's labor laws and policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office systems and procedures.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 1.5 month
