We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are consistently met.
• Perform and oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and office spaces.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Handle scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive guest and employee experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for housekeeping activities, staff performance, and supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisor or similar role in facility management services is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks, as well as familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment.
• Proficient in basic administration tasks and computer literacy (MS Office or similar).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and lifting equipment when necessary.
• Smart, professional, and presentable appearance.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• School education certificates.
• A valid passport copy (for potential international work opportunities).
• Locally available in Qatar only with valid QID and transferrable visa with NOC

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,100.00 per month
