Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Languages Required: Bilingual preferred (English & Arabic), proficiency in English is essential, and candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply.
Work Environment: Flexible Timing

Salary: Minimum QAR 12,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant who will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This individual will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing sensitive information, coordinating high-level meetings, and representing the CEO’s office with the utmost professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear, assertive, and professional.
  • Prepare and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
  • Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-ups on action items.
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor to represent the CEO’s office to clients, partners, and team members.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Work effectively under flexible timing requirements, adapting to changing priorities and schedules.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a senior role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in [Insert Languages].
  • Professionalism: Strong ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and tact.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, assertive yet polite in all interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with flexible timing requirements.
