YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Request, and evaluate safety data sheets with regard to prohibited and declarable substances in accordance with legal, customer-specific and Preh requirements
· Coordinate material workflows (e.g., Raw Material Warrant) and ensure data is transferred to the ERP system.
· Manage substitutions and follow-up processes (e.g., change requests).
· Adapt and improve material compliance processes and workflows.
· Develop and deliver training on material compliance and hazardous materials to employees at all locations.
· Work with different departments to coordinate and plan training sessions.
YOUR PROFILE:
· Completed relevant training (e.g., Chemical) with experience in material compliance or hazardous materials.
· At least 2-3 years of experience in managing hazardous materials and working with raw materials.
· Strong understanding of materials such as plastics, paints, adhesives, and other raw materials, with a focus on hazardous substances.
· Fluent written and spoken English skills.
· Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
· Good communication skills.
· Solution-oriented.
· Initiative, proactivity and capacity to work autonomously.
