What are we doing?

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Engineering Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team, driving technical direction, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high engineering standards.

What will you do?

• Manage and grow our infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Docker) and its services (PHP, Kafka (MSK), Postgre SQL (RDS), Elasticache, S3, etc)
• Manage our internal services; Sentry, Elastic Search, Kibana, Wazuh and Gitlab pipelines
• Work to ensure that we have a robust infrastructure, with high availability and the ability to recover from problems
• Ensure our infrastructure meets compliance and security standards
• Keep spreading the Dev Ops culture within the team
• Keep learning: learn new technologies and don’t be afraid of trying something new
