About the job
The E2E Partnership and Business Solutions Officer’s mission is to be the single point of contact for Corporate Clients, Bank partners such as Fintechs & Startups, or other internal departments needing assistance with BNP Paribas Products and Services within the scope of the department
Your Main Activities Are
Be the first line for post-sales and post-trades activities, answer by phone, email or through the application / web platform
Take on E2E accountability vis-à-vis the Client, transversal posture across the different departments of the Group (front to back)
Provide Clients with General product support (e.g: demos, onboarding…) &AND technical product assistance (e.g: “The setup of my report is wrong”)
Showcase a co-creation mindset; be curious about why the Client called in order to improve the service and enhance the client’s experience
Build a positive relationships, communicate continuously with the Client and other involved parties (Sales, Product Owner, Supplier…)
Timely report and handle any incidents, complaints and claims according to procedures and policies in place
Organize and assist the Team on regular team meetings to encourage exchange of ideas, monitor projects and initiatives, as well as to provide the team with the necessary means to do the job as expected (relevant training and coaching, motivating environment), implement and maintain activity metrics and reporting
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Marketing and Communications or related
At least 3 years of experience in Client Management / Banking and Financial Operations or similar
Advanced level of English, both written and oral
Knowledge in
MS Office Pack (Word, Power Point)
CRM Tools
Attention to detail / rigor
Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training…
Analytical ability
