Mecwide a group in a strong international expansion, with ambitious and demanding projects, mainly at the Oil & Gas, Mining & Cement, Heavy Industry, Energy and Data Centers, is recruiting a Solutions Manager.

Role Description:

• Implement a business development strategy and sales growth for the Business Unit Modular Systems;
• Understand customer needs and provide a technical complete solution;
• Define product development strategies;
• Manage the initial conceptualization of processes based on the client´s specifications and requirements until the final deliverables;
• Coordinate with the clients for progress updates and inform them of any adjustments and cost reduction techniques to improve output efficiency;
• Monitoring the different stages of the project management;
• Act as an integrator of a full solution for the different project disciplines and deliver the final product as a plug in system;
• Identify, create and develop strong strategic partnerships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• MSc/MA or BSc/BA in Engineering or relevant field;
• Proven experience as a solutions manager/business development or similar executive role;
• Project management capability and track record in complex project development;
• Flexible with a creative thinking;
• Good communication skills both in Portuguese and Inglish;
• Problem-solving aptitude;
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude;
• Hydrogen experience is a desirable but not essential;
