About the role

Your role will be to ensure that all operations within our specialist electronic manufacturing facility in Bydgoszcz continue to operate in accordance with the requirements of the ISO14001 environmental protection standard, the ISO45001 standard and all legal regulations concerning occupational health and safety.

Your responsibilities

Supervision over processes related to environmental protection, waste management, Health and Safety, and legal review, in accordance with the requirements of ISO14001 and ISO45001
Conducting audits of processes and areas in accordance with the adopted plan and supervision over the CAPA implementation actions
Control of working conditions and compliance with health and safety and fire protection rules
Development of internal health and safety and fire protection legal acts and required procedures and instructions
Supervision of the post-accident investigations and activities
Development of hazards and occupational risk assessments for all workplaces
Conducting EH&S, fire protection trainings
Cooperation with government agencies
Recording, reporting and archiving data in accordance with the law regulations and company procedures
Cooperation with the corporate EH&S team
Being a part of EH&S management review elaboration
Driving the improvement to the current processes

Our requirements

Graduation studies specialization in occupational health and safety or postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety
At least two years of work experience in the occupational health and safety service
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
ISO14001 / ISO45001 internal auditor certificate
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Problem-solving skills
Fluency in Polish and good levels of English proficiency is a must
Software experience with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Word) is necessary
