Senior Test Engineer (Valves and Actuators)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Design, support, improve, and test moderate to high complexity test systems and equipment, ensuring designs meet testability and reliability criteria
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the detailed phases of test projects
- Contribute to the creation and evaluation of new product test requirements, test strategies, and provide estimates for new test equipment
- Participate in test data analysis and investigate root causes of unknown tested unit performance
- Maintain high quality of test results and ensure data integrity
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or related field
- More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry
- Proficiency in reading and creating hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements to meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze and process signals from various sensors
- Knowledge of metrology principles
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of metrology principles
- Knowledge of Lab VIEW
- Basic understanding of servovalves (electro-hydraulic, electro-pneumatic) and hydraulic actuators (single/double acting)
- Knowledge of supervisory controls, such and PLCs
- Basic knowledge of valves (metering, shut-off, bypass, etc.)
