Senior IT Support Technician - Katowice , Poland

Skills:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as System administrator/IT Technician
- Experience in Mobile Device Management, MFA Configuration in End user Systems
- Experience in Microsoft O356, One Drive, Share point, Digital Certificates configuration on end user systems
- Having experience in assets management & inventory includes Systems, Laptop’s, Office IT equipment
- Experience in Audio & Video conferencing equipment management
- Ability to Ensure up & running all the AV equipment in Training rooms, Town Hall, Meeting rooms, VIP room
- Experience in Installing and Configuring VPN's on end user systems
- Experience in Troubleshooting basic Network related issues and WIFI issues.
- Should be able to Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime
- Should have a good Knowledge on Google Workspace
- Experience in Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
- Experience in Requesting and coordinating vendor support
- Experience in Installing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft Office versions and any other authorized desktop applications
- Experience in Performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment and office AV equipment
- Experience in Installing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Experience in Performing remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Experience in Customizing desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
- Experience in Performing work in compliance within specified warranty requirements
- Experience in Configuration of Network Printers and Shared Printers
- Experience in Providing solutions at Desktop level support and application level
- Experience in troubleshooting System Related problems, Software Installations, Antivirus updating
- Experience in Performing LAN and WAN administration tasks as required.
- Experience in Performing both onsite and remote Help Desk tasks end-to-end
- Experience in Upgrading Operating System & Antivirus patches in users laptops and desktops
- Experience in Troubleshooting issues by administering on client machines remotely using remote desktop (RDP) or by through SCCM
