Senior Dev Ops Engineer - Poland


Heretto, a leader in content management solutions, is seeking a talented Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us scale our infrastructure to meet the demands of our rapidly growing user base.


Role Purpose:
This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You’ll work closely with development and QA teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Your expertise will help us maintain a robust, secure, and efficient deployment process that supports our Saa S applications and services used by great companies around the world to make creating, managing, and distributing help content easier.


Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, maintain, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline the release process.
• Monitoring & Performance: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, and system administrators to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications. Provide guidance on best practices for infrastructure and deployment.
• Security: Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our infrastructure and data. Conduct regular security assessments and manage vulnerability remediation.
• Automation: Develop scripts and automation tools to manage infrastructure and deployment processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools and practices to improve our Dev Ops processes and infrastructure.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Dev Ops role, preferably in a Saa S environment.
• Strong expertise with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure,AWS).

• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet).
• Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Ruby).

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
