• Manage incoming customer orders (sales, consignment, loan) and ensure timely processing and delivery
• Enter orders into the SAP system and issue sales invoices, including consignment, credit, debit, and service-related invoices
• Address customer queries via phone, email, and written communication, resolving delivery and product issues effectively
• Prepare and analyze reports (e.g., BO reports), perform stock checks, and manage consignment stock settlements
• Collaborate with sales representatives, logistics teams, and office staff to facilitate smooth operations and product allocation
• Support sales representatives by providing necessary documentation and processing pricing uploads and product complaints

• Strong customer- and company-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new products, with basic medical knowledge as a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, MS Teams) and familiarity with systems like SAP and Salesforce
• Fluent in Polish and good command of English, both verbal and written, for effective communication
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and co-operate effectively
