QA Lead (hybrid from Warsaw, Poland)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the QA Lead position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
You can expect:
-
overseeing QA processes for complex applications in the FX domain
- shaping QA strategies, mentoring team members and driving practices using modern tools and methodologies
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience, including experience managing a team and working in Agile environment
-
background in the FX domain and familiarity with financial applications
-
proficiency in functional, regression and non-functional testing, defining and auditing QA processes and generating QA-related KPIs
-
hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA
-
strong SQL skills and knowledge of UNIX and Windows for log analysis and root cause identification
-
automation expertise using tools like Cucumber, Selenium and JUnit, with scripting knowledge in Java or Python
-
familiarity with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) methodologies
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
