Business Analyst (Hybrid from Warsaw, Poland)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

You can expect:

Requirements
  • University background oriented to financial/business
  • 1-3 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Critical: Financial / banking background with prior work experience in CIB or banking institutions, ideally in Markets or FX
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams or technology projects
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Managing priorities and monitoring capabilities
  • Good office knowledge, including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Very good command of English (at least B2+) and Polish
