• a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Departments
• preferred bachelor's degree from an accredited college/University
• nice to have: experience with business development, solution development, project management, and project delivery (PMP, Certified BA, and/or Scrum Master Certification will be a plus)
• strong understanding of the software development life cycle
• very good written and verbal communication skills
• experience with efficient cooperation in international environment with external and internal clients
• knowledge and practical experience of using Agile and ITIL (Certifications will be a plus)
• English proficiency – B2
• outstanding communication skills, ability to develop great relations and creating efficient work environment

• drives and creates innovative solutions which strengthen business performance and differentiate KPMG from our competition
• holds reviews on completion of projects to identify lessons learned and enhance future quality and efficient planning
• lead and support business development activities, including identification, proposal development and other activities
• efficient management and support delivery of complex End2End IT solution to our internal and external clients
• develop, define, improve, design and recommend new processes and efficient ways of working for services, projects and organization
• acts and speaks up if they observe and/or are made of conduct that is inconsistent with KPMG’s values and ethical standards
